As we draw the curtains on season two of the podcast, it's an opportunity to reflect on the vibrant community we've built through our engaging, thought-provoking discussions and essential conversations. Together, we've shared experiences, learned from one another, and found solace in shared laughter. Our hearts are brimming with gratitude for all our listeners who have made this journey possible.

One of the main takeaways from this season is the importance of staying informed and engaged, especially in this #electionyear. Our discussions have consistently emphasized that each #vote carries weight, and each voice matters. We've encouraged our listeners to actively participate in the electoral process, acknowledging that while it may be easy to feel discouraged or burnt out, it's crucial to remember the power of the collective voice.

In our last episode, we took a deep dive into some health issues close to our hearts, like #PolycysticOvarianSyndrome (PCOS), a condition that affects many women worldwide. We've shared personal experiences and highlighted the importance of awareness, emphasizing that managing #PCOS is often linked to lifestyle modifications such as diet and exercise. We've also recognized that September is PCOS Awareness Month, encouraging our listeners to learn more about this condition.

Furthermore, we note that September is #SuicidePreventionMonth, shedding light on a topic often shrouded in stigma. We emphasized the importance of checking in on loved ones and shared resources for those struggling, such as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. This served as a reminder that mental health matters and it's okay to seek help when you need to.

While we were busy reflecting and discussing these essential topics, we didn't forget to sprinkle some light-heartedness into our episode. We shared our recommendations for other inspiring podcasts that our listeners could explore during our break. From the tantalizing tales on Shan Boodram's Lovers and Friends podcast, to the empowering insights on #AmandaSeales' show Small Doses, we provided a variety of options to keep our listeners engaged and entertained.

Despite the end of this season, we've made it clear that this is not a goodbye but merely a short break. We've expressed our excitement for the next season and our commitment to bringing more consistency and guest appearances to the show. As we look forward to the future, we remain grateful for the support and feedback from our listeners that will continue to shape our podcast.

Remember, our journey doesn't end here. Let's keep the conversations going and continue to use our voices for change. See you next season!
